Have you considered therapy to help you identify the reasons behind your addiction, it might be an effective tool to help you stay on the path towards recovery.

Hi Angela... Im glad you are here! my first thought in reading your post is to ask you... what did you do to stay clean before? If it worked before it will work again. Unfortunately, for some, relapse is part of recovery....

Do you attend meetings? Have any sort of support group? Friends? Family? None of us can do it alone. I know when i first got clean there is no way i could have done it without the support and fellowship of clean and sober groups!

Just remember... one day at a time. Dont let your head get the best of you... one day is all you have to do and thats today! Dont get stuck in the relapse, but instead, be proud that you are back!!!

I pray that you find peace and hope inside

Dont give up before the miracle happens!

Tawnye
